Kevin Guy has proudly upheld and elevated the Rattlers' reputation as one of the top franchises in the professional indoor football industry. Through his passion, leadership and relentless commitment to excellence, the Rattlers have thrived under his direction, consistently performing at an elite level.
Since joining the Rattlers in 2008, the team has won nine conference championships and made nine national championship game appearances winning five championships. These accomplishments have earned him the prestigious distinctions of three-time Arena Bowl Champion and two-time Indoor Football League Champion, solidifying his legacy as one of the most accomplished and impactful figures in indoor football history.
Coach Guy is widely recognized and celebrated for his extraordinary coaching career. His remarkable winning percentage has earned him the distinction of being the most successful coach not only in Arizona Rattlers history, but across Arena Football and Indoor Football as the winningest coach in the industry. Over 24 seasons coaching indoor football, 20 as a head coach, Coach Guy has built an all-time winning record of 274-94, an incredible .745 winning percentage. His teams have never missed the playoffs. Even more impressively, he stands alone as the only head coach in history to secure multiple championships in both the Arena Football League and Indoor Football League, a historic achievement that demonstrates his ability to dominate across different competitive landscapes.
