Biography:

PROFESSIONAL

Campbell will enter his first season with the Rattlers in 2008 after spending the 2007 season with the Austin Wranglers. In 2007, Campbell completed over two thirds of his passes, with his receivers hauling in 184 of his 278 attempts for 2279 yards, with 41 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. Was signed by Austin on March 2, 2007. Made his first-ever start against the Rattlers on May 12 at USAirways Center , completing 56% of his passes with four touchdowns and two interceptions in a losing effort. After his breakout season with the Austin Wranglers in 2007, Campbell was signed by the Atlanta Falcons and the Arizona Cardinals for training camp, and was later added to the Cardinals’ practice squad. He was subsequently released on October 10, 2007. Spent the 2006 preseason with the Cleveland Browns, where he completed eight passes on 14 attempts for 77 yards. He added one touchdown and one interception to compile a 66.7 passer rating. Also represented the Browns for the Berlin Thunder during the 2006 NFL Europe season, starting all 10 games of the 2006 season for the Berlin Thunder and leading the team in passing with 1,264 yards, completing 116 of 204 attempts. He threw 10 touchdowns and four interceptions and earned an 83.5 passer rating. Originally signed by the Browns on April 29, 2005 as an undrafted rookie free agent following the 2005 NFL Draft, but was waived by the team on August 28, 2005. Re-signed with the team on January 6, 2006.

COLLEGE
Two-year starter at quarterback for The College of William and Mary. Earned the 2004 Walter Payton Award winner and 2004 Atlantic 10 Offensive Player-of-the-Year. Broke out during his senior season and threw for 3,988 yards and 30 touchdowns, with just five interceptions. Helped lead William & Mary to a share of the Atlantic 10 title and its first ever appearance in the NCAA I-AA semifinals, along with the school's first 11-win season in the 111-year history of the program. Campbell threw for 6,494 passing yards during his career, with 465 completions out of 724 attempts for 54 touchdowns and only twelve interceptions.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
Lang was born September 25, 1981 in Winchester, Va.  Was a three-year letter winner at Handley High School.
