The “9th Man Membership Ticket Exchange” Program returns as a 9th Man member benefit! This season requests will be made online using the form below and then you will receive confirmation of the exchanges within 1-2 business days.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at or calling our hotline during business hours at 602-514-8383. The “9th Man Membership Ticket Exchange” rules are as follows:

  1. Exchanged tickets must stay within your price code. If you’d like your exchanged seats to be next to your current seats, then please note that in the comments section. Note that you may have to move back in rows within your price point, in order to accommodate putting seats together.
  2. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance for the game you are requesting
  3. Can only exchange tickets on your own account
  4. Must have two full season seats in membership to use
  5. Once you have exchanged a game, if you do not use the tickets then they cannot be exchanged for a second time
