PHOENIX–The six-time world champion Arizona Rattlers have re-signed wide receiver Jamal Miles for the 2021 Indoor Football League season.
WR Jamal Miles (5’10, 180, Arizona State University) returns to the Rattlers for his third season in the IFL, and his third with Arizona. Since the Rattlers joined the IFL in 2017, Miles is the only player to have appeared in every game that the team has played as a member of the league. Prior to signing with the Rattlers, Miles spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Edmonton Eskimos.
After leading the Rattlers with 54 receptions in 2018, Miles led the Rattlers in scoring during the 2019 season. His 24 total touchdowns (16 receiving, seven rushing, one kick return) were the most of any player on the team, while his 41 catches and 496 receiving yards ranked second.
The Peoria, Arizona native played collegiately at Arizona State University, where he was named an All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention in 2010, and second-team All-Pac-12 in 2011. During his four years at Arizona State, Miles had 128 receptions for 995 yards and 80 kickoff returns for a school record 1,866 yards. Miles attended Peoria High School, where he rushed for 2,168 yards on 231 carries as a senior, earning him first-team All-4A conference honors.
