PHOENIX – The six-time world champion Arizona Rattlers have signed rookie wide receivers Isaiah Huston and DelMichael High for the 2021 Indoor Football League season.
Isaiah Huston (6′, 185, Arizona Christian University) will enter his rookie season in the IFL after having earned the opportunity by participating in the Rattlers’ open tryouts in February of 2020. Huston played two years at Phoenix College and was a preseason NAIA All-American, before transferring to Arizona Christian University. As a member of the Firestorm, he played in 12 games over two years, starting in three, with 44 catches for 681 yards and eight touchdowns.
The Anthem, Arizona native played both wide receiver and defensive back at Boulder Creek High School. During the 2012 football season, he was selected to the Arizona All-State Team as an Honorable Mention Athlete and All-Purpose Player by both Scout.com and The Arizona Republic.
DelMichael High (6’2″, 195, Tarleton State University) will also enter his rookie season with the Rattlers. High began his college career at Navarro Junior College, being named second-team All-Southwest Junior College Football Conference as a sophomore. In 20 games over two years, High caught 88 passes for 1,391 yards and 10 touchdowns. Upon transferring to Tarleton State, High was named first-team All-LSC his junior year, posting 107 catches in 23 games for 1,554 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns.
Upon joining the Rattlers, the Mesquite, TX native rejoins former Tarleton State teammate, quarterback Ben Holmes.
