Todd Conner is in his ninth season with the Rattlers, his sixth as equipment manager and the team’s quality control department.
Conner earned the Arena Football League’s Equipment Manager of the Year award in back-to-back years (2015-16) while with the team.
Conner joined the Rattlers as a football operations intern in 2010. He had been the general manager of Barro’s Pizza in Mesa for 30 years.
Conner was a wide receiver on Fullerton College’s team that won the South Coast Conference championship in 1981. He attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, Ca., and was a part of the school’s first state championship in 1979.
Conner resides in Gilbert with his wife, Audrey. He and his wife have two children, Brianna and Kara. Conner also has three granddaughters, Kaydence, Abigail and Josie.
