Scottsdale, Ariz. – The Arizona Rattlers are asking fans to help with the naming of their new mascot that was unveiled tonight during their home opener against the Milwaukee Mustangs at US Airways Center.
Fans can participate in the “Name the Mascot” contest for a chance to win two lower level season tickets including entry into the catered club area for all remaining home games.
Fans can enter the contest online at www.azrattlers.com where they can make their name suggestions after reading the biography of the new Arizona Rattlers mascot. The 6’7” rattlesnake mascot describes his love for sports, where he went to school, birthplace and hobbies for fans to get a better feel for who he is before they submit their suggestions in the naming contest.
The fan with the winning name will be recognized on Friday, April 6 when the Rattlers take on the Spokane Shock at 7:00 p.m.
