Conner has now won this award in back-to-back seasons

Phoenix, Ariz. – The Arena Football League (AFL) announced that the Arizona Rattlers’ equipment manager Todd Conner has been honored with the AFL Equipment Manager of the Year.  This is his second time winning this award.  He was also honored in 2015.

Todd Conner has been with the Arizona Rattlers for seven seasons as the head of quality control, and the last three season as the equipment manager.

“Thank you to the Arena Football for this award again in 2016,” Conner said upon receiving the award. “I also need to thank Arizona Rattlers owner Ron Shurts and Head Coach Kevin Guy for putting me in a position to be successful.  Thank you to all the Rattler players that make my job easy because you guys are all incredible individuals. Lastly, thank you to my wife Audrey who takes over running the household during the season when I’m rarely home.  Without her support I wouldn’t be here doing a job I’ve come to really enjoy.”
