Biography:

ARENA FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE
Tod Devoe is entering his second season in Arena Football and with the Rattlers. Tod Devoe joined the Rattlers after spending three seasons with the NFL’s Denver Broncos. In 10 games, he was third on the team with 52 catches for 585 yards and 10 touchdowns. Made an immediate impact, including making a crucial 24-yard reception with three seconds left to clinch the 55-54 win against the Dallas Desperados. Grabbed two more touchdowns the next week against Orlando as the Rattlers made good on the historic 2008 playoff guarantee.

OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Devoe played on the practice squad for the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts after being signed on February 16, 2007. In 2006, Devoe played with the NFL’s Denver Broncos. He dressed for the Broncos’ season opener as a backup receiver and special teams player, but was declared inactive for the final seven games before being released on November 11, 2006. Signed with the Denver Broncos (NFL) as a free agent on January 7, 2006. He saw action on offense at WR as well as special teams in the last 14 games of the regular season for the Broncos. He finished the season with nine catches for 87 yards, including a 44-yard touchdown. He also added eight special teams tackles, which ranked fifth on the team. He made his Broncos debut versus Jacksonville on October 2. He recovered a fumble versus Miami on a punt return that led to a Denver touchdown. Devoe scored a touchdown on his first career NFL reception versus Philadelphia on October 30. That season with the Broncos, Devoe dressed as a backup wide receiver and special teams player in both post-season contests versus New England and Pittsburgh. Devoe came to the Broncos after spending 2004 with four different teams, lastly with the Tennessee Titans. He was released by the Titans on November 30, 2004 after being signed as a free agent on October 7, 2004. Before the Titans, he was released by the Miami Dolphins on September 28. He spent two weeks on the Dolphins practice squad after being signed on September 14. He began the NFL season with the Baltimore Ravens before being released on September 10. Devoe was allocated to the Cologne Centurions (NFL Europe) in February of 2004. He led Cologne with five touchdowns, and his 81-yard touchdown is the longest major in club history. He spent the 2003 season on Ravens’ practice squad. Devoe was originally signed by the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL on May 9 as an undrafted free-agent.

COLLEGE
In two years at Central Missouri State University (2001-02), Devoe posted 98 receptions for 1,971 yards (20.1 avg.) with 21 touchdowns. He finished his career ranked second in receiving yards and eighth in receptions at CMSU. Devoe led CMSU in receptions for the second consecutive year as a senior in 2002 with 58 catches, which tied for the highest single-year reception total in school history, while setting a school single-season record with 12 touchdowns. He transferred to Central Missouri State after spending two years at Itawamba Community College (Miss.) from 1999-00. He was the leading receiver on his club for both seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
Devoe attended Boyd Anderson High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He played in the Florida North-South as well as the Dade-Broward All-Star Games. Full name is Tod Vaughn Devoe. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, where he resides.
