ARENA FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE
Marcus Pittman is entering his second season in Arena Football, and his first with the AFL and the Rattlers. Played 10 games for the Bossier-Shreveport Battlewings (formerly of af2) in 2009. Logged 25 tackles, seven sacks, two pass breakups and two forced fumbles. Led the Battlewings to the Conference Semi-Finals.
OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Attended training camp with the New Orleans Saints in 2008. Also was a member of the Kansas City Chiefs.
COLLEGE
Played nose tackle for the Troy Trojans in 2006 and 07. Was part of teams that won the Sunbelt Conference title both seasons and won the 2006 New Orleans Bowl. Finished his collegiate years with 42 tackles, four sacks and an interception. Also attended Garden City Community College.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
During the offseason, teaches at the same high school he attended, Western Harnett High in Lillington, North Carolina.
